We are comprehensive.
At CRG, we have always strived to develop services that address the unique needs of our clients. To this end we provide an array of services including psychiatric services for medication management, psychological and educational evaluations, behavior management and psychotherapy, developmental screenings, speech/language evaluation and therapy, assistive technology evaluation and intervention, strategy instruction, ADD&Life coaching, postsecondary transition services, social skills groups, and educational consulting and workshops.
We rely on an accurate diagnosis.
Each of our professionals relies on an in-depth initial assessment appointment to gather data, interview the client and obtain information from others who may provide collateral information, such as parents, teachers, and significant others. This information is used to determine the needs of the client. When appropriate, further evaluations are recommended and scheduled so that all of the information needed to provide an accurate diagnosis or diagnoses is available. We believe that a good treatment plan starts with comprehensive and accurate diagnoses. Due to many reasons beyond their control, other agencies and schools are less and less able to conduct diagnostic evaluations. More than ever, clients and their families turn to CRG for professional assessment reports to help them and their schools understand how to meet their unique learning needs.
We are collaborative.
Our team of providers collaborates with each other in many ways. We share our knowledge, skills, and diverse professional training to enhance the care you receive from any one of us. With your permission, we also routinely collaborate with professionals outside of CRG – such as primary care physicians and school personnel – to ensure you are receiving the best overall care possible.
We are experienced.
Our providers have many years of clinical experience on top of extensive professional training and graduate-level degrees. Many of us have also worked in public schools, private schools, hospitals, and other clinical settings. We use this breadth of knowledge about various settings to enhance our coordination of realistic and effective treatment plans.
We are committed to remaining current.
We travel nationally to attend and present at conferences to increase our knowledge and improve our skills.
We are client-centered.
From the Intake Coordinator who answers your first call to the professional staff who delivers your care, we try to put your needs first and to address those needs in a warm, friendly and positive manner.
We are convenient.
Given our range of professional providers, you can address your diagnostic, medication, therapeutic, and educational needs in one location. CRG is open five days a week and has some services available on select Saturdays.
We are accessible.
Located on the north side of Indianapolis next to I-465, our office is easy to find. We also visit schools and travel throughout the state to conduct independent evaluations and deliver educational presentations. We will soon host webinars from this website, too. We know you have other options for your behavioral healthcare needs. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide cutting-edge and caring services to you and your family.
CRG Mission Statement
CRG’s mission is to provide the highest quality care to address the psychological, medical, and educational needs of children, adolescents, adults and families, starting with comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis to develop a thorough treatment plan. A plan typically includes patient and family education; collaboration with schools, employers, or other agencies; consideration of medication and other medical interventions; and therapeutic and educational interventions. Each treatment plan leads to the provision of high quality, evidence-based multispecialty behavioral health care. This comprehensive approach has the potential to guide those who come to CRG and contributes to local and regional efforts to address mental health needs.
