Children's Resource Group is contracted with Sagamore Health Network.
** Out Of Network: If your mental health coverage is not through Sagamore, we are out of network and our financial policy is to collect in full at the time of service. We will still file with your insurance company as a courtesy and any reimbursement will be sent directly to you. (see the Insurance Tips attachment for assistance in determining your coverage)
** Providers not contracted with Sagamore:
Jenny Levett, MS, CCC-SLP, Speech and Language Pathologist
Jenny's services will be filed under your medical plan, not your mental health plan.
Sharon Bruner, MA, ADD Coach
Sharon's ADD Coaching services are not insurance reimbursable.
