About CRG

Children’s Resource Group (CRG) was established in 1993 with a vision and goal of providing an array of services designed to bridge the medical, educational and psychological needs of children, adolescents, and young adults. To that end, we have tried to provide children and their families with high quality services provided by well-qualified, competent, and caring professionals. Decisions have always been made by asking ourselves, “What is best for children and families?” We believe that children are our most precious commodities and that no child is more important than the one we are dealing with at the moment.

In order to continue to provide the best possible care for you and your child, we want for you to know what you should expect from CRG and what we expect from you. By working together, we optimize our services and your resources and time.

What should you expect from CRG?

  • You should expect to be treated with consideration and respect when in the office and on the phone.
  • You should expect to receive information regarding you or your child’s diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. In most cases, you will be provided with written information regarding the diagnosis and treatment.
  • You should expect to have the opportunity to ask questions and receive direct answers regarding the plan of care prior to and during the course of treatment.
  • You should expect that your information will be handled in a confidential and sensitive manner. Within the office, information is available to other providers and office staff on a “need to know” basis.
  • You should expect our undivided attention when we are meeting with you and/or your child.

What does CRG expect from you?

  • We expect that the office staff, clinicians, and other families in the office will be treated with consideration and respect.
  • We expect that patients will schedule and keep appointments as recommended.
  • We expect that patients will share information with our nurses and office staff so that we may respond to your needs while meeting with other patients.
  • We expect that you will share any concerns regarding your care with us so that we may address your concerns or adjust your treatment as needed.

We expect that you will recognize that our own families need our undivided attention when we are away from the office. Thus, we ask that you contact the office during regular business hours and that after hour calls be made only in an emergency.
